Anthony has nearly 20 years of experience working in finance and accounting roles for a whole array of businesses ranging from public, not for profit and in more recent times with startups. For the best part of the last decade he worked for Digital Shadows, hired after their seed round as the first finance hire, he worked through four funding rounds in a high growth environment, through to acquisition.
Anthony is keen to continue helping startups and founders to achieve their goals by utilizing his unique skill set, which will allow founders to focus more on the bigger picture.
Monty Montgomery
Chairman and CEO
Monty is the Chairman and CEO of MontPac. He has been providing finance and accounting services to start-ups, small businesses and venture capital firms for over 30 years. Prior to MontPac, Monty was CEO of Startup Financial Management Inc, CFO of TechFarm Ventures and CEO of Montgomery Financial Services Corporation. He was also the acting CFO of Metacloud and he helped guide the company through its successful acquisition by Cisco.
His vast experience working with dozens of start-ups as a consultant or executive and working inside VC firms gives him the ability to provide invaluable advice to entrepreneurs.
Monty holds a degree in BA Philosophy at San Francisco State University. His personal interests include soccer, surfing, skiing and cycling.
